Regenerative Farming

The regenerative farming practices operated at Cornbury House Farm promote the diversity of plant species that flower from late Spring through to late Autumn providing grazing livestock with a huge range of nutrients that enhance the flavour and nutrient density of their meat.

The range of flowering plants also promote natural browsing behaviour by livestock, provide a season-long pollen and nectar source for foraging insects, sequester carbon and helps to restore the health of the soils.

Livestock Sales.

While much of the produce at Cornbury House Farm is sold via existing retail outlets, we do on occasion have surplus stock that can be locally butchered and packed to your specification. Please feel free to speak with us to discuss your requirements.
